Secure referral portal
Referrals are sent through the NuSelf secure portal. You confirm your email with a one-time code, then enter the patient information. The selected surgeon, or the on-call surgeon, is alerted right away. No patient details are sent by text message.
What you will need
- Patient information: Patient name, Age, Sex, Patient phone number, Reason for referral, Patient location
- Preferred surgeon, optional (otherwise the on-call surgeon is alerted)
- Referring professional: your name, title, work email and Callback phone number
