What an employer conversation can address
A preliminary discussion can cover common access barriers, consultation scheduling, supported service categories, geographic access, records coordination, and return-to-work communication when the patient authorizes it.
Patient choice and clinical independence
Diagnosis, physician recommendation, treatment, procedure location, timing, and fitness for work remain clinical decisions made with each patient. Employer access is designed to improve navigation without changing that relationship.
Program structure and privacy
Eligibility, scheduling, services, payment, insurance interaction, communication, record handling, and any reporting are defined in writing. Employee medical information remains protected and is shared only as permitted by law and applicable authorization.
